1. Element: Earth
Life Force is the Force of Growth

I gaze into the depth of my body and see a spark. Like a tiny explosion of light, electric and magnetic energy unite within me. It is the igniting spark. The Beginning. Life.

The beginning of my body. The conception. The origin of every new cell.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth, into an explosion of electric and magnetic particles. It is the union of spirit and matter in the innermost core of the Earth.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see myriad tiny light explosions of electric and magnetic particles inside me. Sparks of consciousness form a solid grid in all parts of my body. Every cell originates in a tiny explosion of spirit and matter, of positive and negative energy.

I gaze into my body: Every bone, every organ, my muscles, my nerves, my teeth – everything consists of cells that emit tiny, pulsating sparks of energy. These sparks form a grid of electric and magnetic energy, visible in golden light. Each shape within my body forms a grid of light. Flowing waves of energy unite the various forms, everything pulsates together in a shimmering sea of light sparks. Each explosion is like a spark of life. Everything is engaged in a continuous process of regeneration. Each new cell originates in a tiny explosion of electric and magnetic energy. It is spirit and matter uniting. It is both sides, matter and non-matter, uniting inside me and allowing me to live.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see the bones and all solid structures. Everything is solid. But all solid matter emits sparks of light, and they form a solid grid of light. A web of light weaves through everything solid inside me; it holds it in shape and stabilises it. The solid in my body is not black and heavy. It is a web of light, stable and strong. It shapes my body from the collective experiences that in the course of time have developed a physical form, within ourselves, and in all solid shapes on and in the Earth. I see that those solid shapes look different on other planets. And yet they are there without us perceiving them.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see the Earth inside me. A web of light runs through it. It keeps its shape solid and stable.

I see how this grid of light has developed in the course of the Earth’s life, how order developed and changed over time. Each inner development of the Earth has changed its external shape, as, with each inner development, we also change the way we look.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see the rivers of water as rivers of light sparks. In exploding golden sparks, the knowledge of hydrogen and oxygen unites to be water.

I see the life force of water when I drink it and it combines with the water within me. New light explosions of life force come into being and reinforce the electro-magnetic flows inside me.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth. I see water rain down on the Earth like golden sparks of light, giving it life force. I see how hydrogen atoms unite with oxygen atoms in an explosion of light and charge the water. Within me, sparks of light flow, just like in the Earth.

I gaze into the depth of my body. A sea of countless light explosions, combined with countless light explosions of the Earth, allows me to live. I was born in an explosion of a male and a female cell. Every second, I am born anew from the explosion of electric and magnetic power, of the union of sun and Earth. I gaze into the depth of my body and I see life. I see sparks that generate waves of electro-magnetic energy. They stream from my hands and feet, from my skin, my head. I emit parts of the energy to the environment, other parts return into me. Everything pulsates and moves with the rhythm of my heart.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth and see the core of the Earth: Light explosions make the Earth alive. Waves of electro-magnetic energy flow and pulsate from the Earth, form a grid of light inside it and on its skin.

Every shape in the Earth, every rock, every water course, every stone is formed by countless tiny light explosions, fed by the influx of new light sparks from the core of the Earth. Each spark is like a new spark of consciousness, originating in the union of the new influx of spirit with matter. Every solar wind, every storm from the expanse of the universe, each wave of consciousness flows into the Earth, explodes in its center by unifying with the spirit of the Earth and allows new life sparks to develop from which new consciousness and new life come into existence.

I gaze into my body: Every solar wind, every wave from the universe, every electro-magnetic wave, every storm and every element of the weather unite inside me as sparks of new consciousness. My grid of light, formed of electro-magnetic waves, creates the pattern for my life force. The Earth lets its life force flow into me. With every breath, I take in this life force. It is this air, filled with light sparks from our atmosphere, that allows me to live.

With every breath, sparks of spirit from the air unite with the spirit of matter inside me and give me the impulse and the strength to live.

I breathe in air. It is also charged electro-magnetically. I breathe heavily. The air is not light. It is heavy, densely packed with the experience of life.

I need this weight because I cannot breathe in a vacuum. I breathe in heavy air, filled with electro-magnetic particles. They glow like sparks.

The air spreads inside me, into everything solid and through the grid of light. The spark of life is in every breath I take. The heaviness is my life. In a vacuum, I would die immediately, because my life is the experience of what can be perceived, in heaviness. I see storms on Earth. I see electro-magnetic waves flooding through the Earth, carrying the sparks of life into all the dense regions, and time and again illuminate its fine grid of light impulses. I see my aura, I see how waves from the outside meet with my electro-magnetic grid, get absorbed and spread throughout my body.

Like every object and every being, I receive electro-magnetic impulses. Everything has an impact on me. I have an impact on everything. I am a pulsating drop of light in an infinite sea of electro-magnetic waves. A sea of light sparks, a sea of sparks that are life. Sparks of life.

I look inside myself and into my body. Nothing is dark, nothing is solid. Everything is shimmering with myriad sparks, sparks of life. I gaze into the Earth: It sparkles like me. Everything in it is solid and shimmers with life. Everything in the Earth and around it is in an exchange, moving, is consciousness. Is the Earth consciousness?

We are consciousness, alive in a solid form and in countless solid forms. Together.

We walk through darkness to recognize our consciousness. Everything that has chosen a form is consciousness.

Each solid form is a sea of consciousness, every bone, every tooth, finger- and toenails, but also the shape of the organs, the nose and the eyes. The consciousness keeps a solid form and decides to do this with each new second.

Where there is form, grids of light ensure its stability. Form is consciousness, a union of matter and spirit. The power of matter pulsates inside me, in my body, in all my organs and all my body parts. Like inside me, the power of matter is also pulsating in the Earth. The Earth and me, we are united. We are matter united with spirit.

We are born of spirit and matter.

 
2. Element: Water
The Power of Feelings

I gaze into the depth of my body. It is dark. I am not aware of the light in my body. I enter the dark space of my unconsciousness, and I see white light. All the spectral colors of light shimmer in the most beautiful hues like crystals or precious stones. I am in a space of crystals of the most beautiful shapes and colors. My consciousness does not know this plane. But my unconscious knows this beautiful space of knowledge, turned solid, made into minerals. They shimmer in the most beautiful colors of light. The minerals are feelings, the other side of consciousness and knowledge.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth. Precious stones sparkle in the most beautiful colors and shapes. I am in the emotional body of the Earth, in the solidified consciousness of the Earth. It is the other side of the highest consciousness of the Earth.

Everything is hidden, but present. I can hear it: It is tones that have solidified, the audible tones of feelings. Every tone is a feeling. Every color is a feeling. I hear an inner concert of feelings, hidden inside me, hidden in the Earth.

I look inside myself, at the beautiful precious stones inside me. Each thought of mine triggers a feeling, and each feeling triggers a thought. I gaze into what is not conscious, not transcendent: I encounter pain, the salts of the Earth. It is the pain of separation from the unity. My tears flow and wet the salts of the Earth. They clear the pain and wash it into the sea. The tears of my pain change into the water of the Earth and form the basis of life. They turn into seas, rivers, watercourses, into rain and clouds, and into rain again.

My tears are the water of the Earth. They are my growth and the growth of all living beings on Earth. They are movement, because we yearn for consciousness, for the other side, for the transcendence that lets us see where the pain originates. We are not conscious of it: The pain is the pain of separation from the unity. It keeps us moving, it is the counter movement from the tunnel of densification.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see water flowing in the colors of the rainbow. All that is watery in me shimmers in dazzling colors. I feel joy. Each feeling has its own color, and I send the color with the water into everything solid inside me, through all my veins, through all fluid systems. It is as if liquid light in the colors of the rainbow flows through me. Feelings glow in every drop of water inside me. It is the liquid light of the Earth, in the same spectral colors as light. I see crystals in countless shapes and colors. They are an infinite number of different feelings that have grown with the Earth’s inhabitants over billions of years.

Feelings are mirrors to my consciousness. Unconscious and yet knowing. Nothing inside me happens without my knowledge, my inner knowledge. I contemplate my body of feelings. It has a solid pattern that I have brought with me into this life. It is flexible. The feelings flow in it and carry their unconscious knowledge into every cell of my body. My feelings vibrate around my body, in my aura. Like the Earth, it has a spherical shape.

Every feeling triggers movement inside me, lets everything flow and stream and turns me into an animated and shimmering, colorful body of light.

I can see a blanket of light around the Earth. It shimmers and glows like my feelings. Our sheets of light melt into each other and unite in a feeling of love. We feel that we are one, and we can also feel that we are one with every living being in the universe. We feel it, but we don’t know it yet. Because the pain of separation is part of us and of the difficult path of our life. We feel. We feel pain, separation, and longing for the other side, for the awareness. All knowledge is inside us, but we are not conscious of it.

I gaze into the depth of my body and at the same time gaze into the depth of the Earth.

I see the veins of my body and the water veins of the Earth. They flow with the same rhythm as the blood in my veins. The spirit of water, vibrating inside me and in the Earth, is the spirit of movement that allows us to grow. The water touching our skin, the water we drink, brings to us the spirit of movement. Everything inside us has to move. That is the principle of life.

I see the rain falling on the Earth and allowing the plants to grow, which are our life. The rain drenches the Earth and flows into its veins, always in the spirit of life’s movements. From the springs, the water rises to the surface again, changed by the spirit of the Earth. It is the form and the beginning of our lives; the water is the movement.
 
The water and the streams of the Earth flow as blood through my veins and in the fluid systems of my body.

We are one energy and vibrate in one spirit and are interchangeable.

I enter the soul of the Earth. Electric and magnetic powers repel and attract one another: It generates movement and evolution. I feel pain, infinite pain and, after the pain, infinite happiness.

I see the salts in the Earth. They dilute everything solid. I see the joy when solid matter is dissolved. I see how the water carries the salts into the seas.

I see how sun and air absorb the water, transcend the pain and how the water rains back onto Earth with fresh spirit. The salt of the pain nourishes the soil.

Rain brings growth, as our tears let us grow, because without pain we would not know joy. Only from our feelings can we learn how to grow and to open our awareness - of ourselves and of the universe and everything that exists.

The feelings glow like precious stones in my body and in the body of the Earth. All feelings are stored in minerals inside me and form an infinitely beautiful colorful artifact, in the most wonderful shapes, colors and structures.

I am not aware of how much beauty is hidden inside me, and we cannot see it, as we cannot see the precious stones in the Earth when we walk on it. It is the unconscious trove of experiences inside me that give the pattern of my feelings a structure. The experiences and insights of my Self are stored within the minerals in my body as an unconscious pattern. This is our inner beauty and the inner beauty of the Earth. Thus, we are crystals of luminous colors. They turn our unconscious inner core into a treasure chamber.

Whether we can recognize the treasures hidden inside us or not – they exist.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth. I am on her crystal plane. Every feeling of the Earth during its evolution is stored here. Every feeling of all living beings who have ever lived on Earth is stored here. Every feeling and every thought of all living beings of the Earth are caught here, stored and reflected. My emotional body melts with that of the Earth. My feeling are its feeling. We are one through the crystals, reflecting and interchanging feelings. I feel inside me, and I feel the Earth. We are not separate. I look at the crystals in front of me, see how beautiful they are. They can help me acknowledge my own inner beauty. They can help me recognize the beauty of the Earth and the infinite motion of growth that unites us.

It is as if every crystal, every crystalline stone is frozen water. Solid water, generated from feelings and the movements of those feelings. For billions of years they have grown inside us and in the Earth. They are messages from the origin of the Earth and its evolutionary history.

Each feeling reaches into every corner of my body and every nook and cranny of the Earth. Every feeling of the Earth permeates every corner of its own body and mine.

Every feeling shapes my body. I bring an emotional matrix into my life. The structure is flexible. I gaze into the depth of my body. Every bone, everything solid, every organ, all the nerves have an emotional matrix that makes them flexible. Every cell has an emotional matrix and responds to every feeling.

And the old pattern of my emotional matrix always unites with my new feelings and forms something new.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth. I gaze into the crystal body it has brought over into these times.

I see how every feeling of all living beings on Earth are absorbed by it and are mirrored in its crystal body. Everything flows back to me, with every drop of water…
... and with every living being I encounter.


3.  Element: Fire
The Body is Conscious

I gaze into the depth of my body and see the Earth. I am in the fiery magma of the Earth, in the primal soup of all matter here on Earth. All the building blocks I will need for life are contained in it.

From this blaze, metals develop. They determine the strength and the growth of the Earth. They are the conduits for the life force that flows from the very depths of my being, upward on its way toward awareness. The blazing magma of the Earth is its consciousness, the fire that lets the spirit, after it grows from the depth of the Earth, flow to the surface of awareness.

The desire for awareness flows in all matter. I see how the Earth’s magma pushes upward, breaks through and changes the surface of the Earth.

I see how the Earth’s crust changes, how the sea bed alters and sinks down, and, in a constant cycle, streams of new magma rise to the surface. Electro-magnetic waves flow from the core of the Earth and, together with the metals, form grids of electro-magnetic conduits: The power lines of the Earth.

Sunlight pours down on the Earth and illuminates me.

I gaze into my body and see that it is filled with light.

The precious stones inside me glow and sparkle in the sunlight.

Because of my awareness of the sun I can see that my body and the core of the Earth are not dark.

The subterranean waters do not flow in darkness. The rocks in the core of the Earth are flooded with light. All solid shapes inside me shimmer and glow like precious stones. I see an infinite number of shapes and colors that, as building blocks, contribute to my solid shape. The sun allows me to see the inner space and shows me the way to the outside.

I recognize that my body is alive through awareness. I recognize that fire lightens the space of my densification. Fire is light. It makes the transparent space visible, the space of the spirit that lightens my consciousness with the fire. Everything solid inside me is consciousness that has taken shape. Every metal particle is consciousness densified. Every precious stone is consciousness densified into feeling by having embraced colors and shapes. My view inside has expanded. Now I step outside.

I see the sun: It shows me that inside myself I am a luminous star. The inside of the Earth is a luminous star as well. We are stars of consciousness: Light consciousness. We have a space: Our self, our body. That is our center.

Our body is a space of awareness. We experience with our bodies to enhance our consciousness - like the Earth does with its body.

I gaze into the depth of my body. I see how every cell, every vein, every organ, every shape and every flow inside me glows like fire. All forms are fed from the inner river of light. Consciousness flows from within the Earth and acknowledges itself in the light of the sun.

I gaze into the Earth. Its rays of consciousness flow into me and allow me to live.

My inner core is fed by the light consciousness of the Earth. Its inner fire causes my stream of knowledge to flow, and the blaze of its consciousness allows me to recognize what I am: Consciousness in a body.

I see the sun: Its light is reflected in me. This reflection reminds me that inside I am a center of light as well. I realize that the Earth, my home, is also a luminous star.

Everything I recognize about myself enhances my consciousness and that of the Earth. It makes both our inner lights glow stronger. No insight is in vain. Every bit of courage I summon up to gain self-recognition empowers the Earth and gives it strength.

With every experience through which the Earth recognizes its consciousness and can enhance its perceptions, my consciousness also grows into an even larger center of radiating strength.

I look inside me: Everything is conscious. Every cell, every organ, everything solid, flowing, everything inside me is condensed consciousness. I gaze into the Earth: Everything is radiating consciously, every rock, every watercourse, every volcano. Everything is consciousness with its own inner center of light, on its way to acknowledge itself and to expand, with every experience of our bodies, the Earth’s and mine.

I gaze into the body of the Earth. Sun permeates the Earth and floods it with light.

The subterranean rocks are illuminated; the water inside the Earth, the precious stones glow and sparkle in the radiating light of the Earth. Light rays shine into its core, its core of densification. They illuminate the self of the Earth. It radiates like a luminous star, with all the rocks, all the stones, all the water in all shimmering colors. Light emanates from it and radiates to the outside. The consciousness of the Earth asserts itself and grows as strong as the sun. It has a place in the structure of the planetary constellation. The place is important. It is a place of strength, of power, and of growing awareness.

The Earth radiates inwardly. We do not see it as a luminous star. Its development moves from the inside to the outside. Like ours. The sun’s way goes from the outside to the inside.

We develop our awareness by acknowledging our unconscious inner beauty. We carry this beauty to the outside. The dramatic events on the Earth’s surface are like a symbolic play encompassing the inward and the outward way.

Within our solar system the Earth has taken on the role of enhancing its consciousness through its inner development. It is a star glowing inwardly.

The sun develops its consciousness by representing the outside. The colder the sun gets, the more it will divert its path toward the development of its inner life, until both stars implode, and another play, at another time, will emerge.

I expand my space by stepping outward into the light. That is my impetus. I want to expand my inner space by stepping outside. I step from the depths of the Earth: Unconsciously I felt that space isn’t dark. Because of the sunlight I have recognized the space. I now expand to the outside.

From inside my body I can see the light of the sun. Courage is needed. I step toward the light.

I step into the light of the sun.

I begin to gleam like the sun. All the sunlight not only falls on the inner crystals that sparkle and illuminate the water in all sorts of colors, but also the sun makes me shimmer and sparkle on the outside. Its light is reflected on me.

I recognize my Self. It is a luminous star like the sun, the Earth and all that is.

I radiate like the sun and breathe.


4. Element: Air
The Body is Spirit and Matter
The Breath Interchanges Both

Air enters my body, my lungs, like a storm. Each breath brings the message of life into me. The storm of my breath permeates everything. Nothing can stop it. It not only permeates my lungs, it also goes through my skin, through the Earth, the oceans, through every stone and rock. It permeates the innermost core of the Earth and brings the message of the free spirit into the densified matter.

Green plants, with the help of the Earth, of water and the sun, create the air for our breathing.

The plants are ambassadors of growth for us. They keep the process of change, of growth, movement and cognition, alive for us.

I breathe. I live now in the limited space of my body. But the air carries the message from beyond the limited space. By breathing, I interchange. With every breath, supplying the depths of my body with air, everything inside me is supplied with the spirit of boundlessness and of infinite exchange. I breathe the same air that all living beings breathe. Their breath is also my breath, their spirit is my spirit. The boundaries of my Self are crossed. And in the same way as I now cross the boundaries of my Self, I recognize the boundlessness of all processes of change inside me and on Earth.

We breathe in all life on Earth, everything that has lived and been experienced. We breathe the air we share with all living beings, as well as everything experienced and lived of all living beings.

We become one life and one spirit.

Every breath is a beginning for me and my body. Every time I exhale, I participate in the collective space. We live for ourselves and for everybody.

Every living being on Earth interchanges spirit and densification when breathing. Every living being spends its life for all of us and makes it a part of the collective of all life.

No life is worth more than others. All lives are an enormous treasure of continuous development of consciousness. Everybody is a gift for everybody.

Each breath is also cleansing. By inhaling I can absorb the spirit of the collective and free myself from the burden of a feeling of inner separation.

I can bring my densified inside, which I presume to be in darkness, to the outside and to the collective. There, my burden is no longer a burden, but part of a whole. It becomes a gift for everyone.

Every storm cleanses the Earth, it interchanges the inside with the outside and turns outside inward.

No wind or storm descends on the Earth or on us without us being at one with it.

I breathe.

I turn into a storm. I walk into the storm.

A tremendous power spins and swirls me into the Earth, into the deepest depths, through the ocean, through the Earth, to its center.

I am the storm, spinning into the core of the Earth, and swirl up the metallic, densified, spiritual core of the Earth. The storm swirls the densification to the outside and thus causes regeneration and an interchange within the Earth. Spirit and storm become one. I exchange life on Earth with the compacted spirit within the Earth.

I carry the densified spirit from the core of the Earth to the outside. I carry the one inside and the other outside. Thus, I create a connection of the inside with the outside. Thus, I am the inside and the outside. Thus, I am body and spirit. The one swirls the other to the outside, and so the state of the one begins and ends with the state of the other. That way, the Earth is body and spirit interchanging.

The storm is tremendous, as tremendous as life itself, when I breathe it in and out, as tremendous as death.

It is within the power of my heart to interchange in every direction. Now my spirit is freed from concentrating on my inner core and focusing on the physical.

I spiritualize.
 
I gaze into the depth of my body and see my heart. I inhale and bring spirit into my heart. In my heart I change the spirit of the Earth to my life in a body. When I exhale, my body changes into spirit. I gaze into the heart of the Earth. Electric sparks make the heart of the Earth beat. They allow the interchange of the spirit with the body of the Earth, and matter to be exhaled into the Earth’s atmosphere. The heart of the Earth and my heart beat together. We breathe together.

The Earth is separate from its spirit and yet united with it. I am separate from my spirit, separate from the Earth and yet at one with it. It is my home.

We inhale and exhale. We spiritualize. We interchange: from spirit into body and from body into spirit. We do this together with all breathing beings on Earth. We are spirit in one spirit, separate as bodies. But now we integrate both inside us. We are all spirit and body and interchange with every breath we take. We let the breath flow: into our bones and into our whole body, into the rocks and the whole Earth. We let the spirit flow in every stream, in every vein, in all the waters of the world. We flow through everything with spirit, interchange everything with each other. We pulsate with life, where everything is separate and yet united, separate in the physical sphere, but united in spirit.

Everything the sun hurls toward the Earth explodes in its core and is channelled to the outside in electro-magnetic waves. Everything the Earth hurls toward the sun is absorbed by the sun, and after an explosion in its core hurled to its outside again. The same process happens with all other planets in our solar system.

It is a process of life and transformation. The one unites with the other. Something new develops. This newness unites with other newness and so on. Consciousness expands like the universe. The Earth inhales the spirit of the sun. The Earth exhales its experiences. The sun inhales the experiences of all planets circling it and continues the spiritual development of its innermost core, to grow its innermost core.

I go into the heart of the Earth. The never-ending energy flows of the sun and the universe strike the Earth, flow into its core of densification and unite in its center. There, the densification reverses and becomes one with infinity.

In its heart, the Earth changes all experience of matter and densification. There, it is one with the power of its spirit on the plane of infinity. The circle of life begins, from infinity into densification and back to infinity, and we flow with it.

I pick up the pulse of transformation and hear my heart beat. Every pulse is like an impulse to change into matter and back out of it. I feel the infinite power with which the Earth absorbs everything, densifies it, changes it and gives us the power of transformation.

I feel my heart beat. It is my center, where I unite cosmos and Earth inside me.

The heart of the Earth and my heart beat together. I see the waves of sunlight which are humming inside me. Human activity often causes pain to the Earth. But like for us, pain for the Earth also means an opportunity for change and, again and again, a new beginning with more strength.


5. Element: Life
A Miracle

I gaze into the depth of my body:
I see a miracle, the miracle of life.

Myriad tiny light explosions unite inside me to a golden light. In circular movements the aspects of my shape and all shapes within my body unite. They unite with the flowing motions of all feelings, the minerals inside me. Streams conflux, separate and unite in different colors. Everything keeps its shape and is conscious of it. In every cell I see central consciousness that comes together to form a unity. To form hair, bones, teeth, organs.

Everything is consciousness, grown and shaped and in a continuously regenerating process of transformation.

I see my breath, as it is spiritualizing and uniting, how with every breath transformation and spiritualization is effectuated. I see golden light flowing out of me and into me. I am a living being, golden and radiating in pulsating motion, made of countless processes of transformation. What a creative process this is! Every second of my life something is changing, and yet I see the creative stability of my body. I eat different things, I feel different things, my consciousness changes permanently, I live in constantly changing times.

I see the immense creativity with which every cell and every atom inside me adapt to new situations, constantly creating new life inside me and regenerating me.

I see the miracle of my life, and I gaze into the depth of the Earth and see the same miracle. The Earth shimmers in a golden light and is as alive, conscious, feeling and spiritual as I am. It lives in its inside and on its outside. Both are permanently interchanging. Both are in a constant process of transformation, they grow, regenerate and create new forms while remaining stable. For the Earth, too, its conditions of life change every second.

I gaze inside me and I gaze into the Earth. Its body is part of my body. Without its body I could not live. My body is part of the Earth’s body. It can be without me. But now we live together and are part of a common creation.

I see how my body shimmers in the golden light of creation. I can gaze inside me and look at me from the outside: There is no difference anymore between inside and outside, between body and spirit. I look at the Earth, where I am standing: Every square inch is a miracle just like every square inch of myself. Every part of my skin is as alive as every square inch of the Earth. We both glow in a golden light and, under my gaze, become a unified creation.

I gaze into the depth of my body. Everything solid, every bone, my hair and my teeth are suffused with a golden light. Everything has united with consciousness to be this form that is me, interchanging with all other forms.

Everything is interchanging. Everything fulfils its function. Golden, fluid light flows through my veins like through the water veins of the Earth. I see the rain: Golden drops rain down onto the Earth, fall into the rivers and onto everything that is alive. The rain invigorates everything with a golden force of growth.

Countless colors shimmer and flow in the golden light inside me and enliven the miracle of life. Golden is the light of creation shimmering throughout my consciousness, my feelings and in the spirit of the Earth. It turns the crystals of the Earth into brilliant, golden, sparkling diamonds.

I gaze into the Earth and at the Earth. I see a brilliant diamond: My home.

I see the sun: Its golden light shines down on me and melds with the golden light inside me and of the Earth.

We turn into one golden light: The light of creation. We share a life, a divine interchanging community. We are all part of each other, everything is part of the whole creation. There are no boundaries, everything is common ground.

I see the power of transformation: All life is a process of changes. And I see that every cell inside me and in and on the Earth shimmers like a cosmos in a golden light, fed by an infinite spring of golden water which is life. Every cell is a unique miracle, like every stone. Like everything that surrounds me.


6.  Plane: Everything is connected
Bodies and Elements

I gaze into the depth of my body: It is like gazing into a universe. Everything is connected. Nothing is on its own, everything is dancing in a continuous swinging vibration that forms a whole. I see myriad light explosions. Each of the tiny lights is connected to the others. My electro-magnetic field, my aura, the many flows of the electric and magnetic waves form a unity, composed of countless particles. If something alters or moves in one place, everything else changes as well.

I gaze into the Earth. Every electro-magnetic wave of the Earth, on its own or with everything else, forms a whole. Each form, every grid of light of each form is connected to the whole. Nothing is on its own, everything is a common vibrating field of myriad tiny light explosions, myriad shapes of living consciousness.

Every single life and every single form are connected to each other and are part of the whole.

I gaze into the depth of my body. I see my bones, my teeth. Everything solid is connected like every stone is connected to every rock on Earth.

I see the minerals inside me and how they flow through my body with the water and make everything solid flexible. Everything is connected. Everything fluid inside me is connected like all the organs are and every function of the organs. All of it together forms a common system in which I move. I see the Earth.

All the rivers, all the lakes, the streams and oceans are connected. If the course of a river changes, it has an impact on everything, on every movement and every growth on Earth. I gaze into the depth of my body. I see the consciousness of all my parts. Everything inside me is conscious, has a center of its own, its own consciousness to fulfil its function. Everything is connected and relates to everything else. If the consciousness of a part changes, the consciousness of the whole changes. I gaze into the Earth. Everything has consciousness.

Every aspect of the Earth, every form, everything solid, every motion, all the water is related, as is every erupting volcano, each of the shifting plates of the Earth’s crust, every movement of the sea bed. Nothing is without effect, everything is related to every place on Earth, to every living being and every stone on Earth.

I gaze into the depth of my body. I see that every breath permeates me like a storm and swirls the innermost to the outside and the outermost inside. I see how the cells evolve and die, change and develop anew. I see that each breath changes everything, regenerates everything and transforms everything.

I see that every breath has an impact on every cell in my body and is connected to the outside.

I see that every breath of every living being on Earth is connected to all other living beings and has an impact.

I gaze into the Earth. I see the Earth breathing. I see storms sweeping over continents. I see hurricanes, still air.

I see devastation and new growth. I see how every wind is connected to the whole, in every place on Earth.

And I see how the growth processes of all life on Earth are connected to each other.

I see how each cell in my body is connected to all other cells in my body. And at the same time with every stone, all the water, every breeze and all life on Earth. Every change on Earth is part of my change. Every change in me is part of the change on Earth and all its living beings.

All growing consciousness and the growing consciousness of the Earth itself is part of my growth. Every lived experience relates to me, to the Earth and all other beings and forms of the universe.

 
7.  Plane: The Spiritual Power in the Body
Without Spirit the Body is Empty

I gaze into the depth of my body and see emptiness. There is nothing, and yet everything is contained in it. I am in the empty space that is my body. I fill this emptiness with my life and my fate. I fill the emptiness with my spirit. Without spirit and my experience, the matter is empty. My spirit fills my body and me.

I gaze into the depth of my body, and I see nothing. Everything solid has dissolved. And is empty, is nothing and pure spirit.

I am in the space of matter which is empty and yet contains everything.

The heaviness is solid. Everything is contained in it, and yet it is as light as the spirit.

Here, spirit becomes matter and matter spirit. Everything is contained in everything.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth and see the empty space of the Earth.

The Earth, too, is an empty space that contains everything.

The Earth, too, fulfils its fate by experiences.

The Earth, too, fills its empty space with its spirit.

Without spirit every space is empty. I gaze into the depth of my body and don’t perceive any movement. My spirit moves everything in me. Without the spirit and my experiences that move me, everything is still in me.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth and see a cessation.

The Earth moves with its experiences and fulfils its fate like me. The spirit of the Earth makes all movements of the Earth happen. The Earth and I, we move together. Together we fulfil our fate.

I gaze into the depth of my body and feel coldness.

My spirit warms the body. Without the spirit my body is cold. All the heat is the heat of the spirit that fills the empty space inside me, moves it, warms it and illuminates it as the place of experience. I gaze into the depth of my body and see the coldness of the Earth. The spirit of the Earth warms its body. Without its spirit and the spiritual experiences, the Earth would be cold.

I gaze into the depth of my body and see the glow of my spirit. Everything inside me glows, to be and to experience. Without the inner spiritual blaze, I would be nothing. I would not have a life and could not experience anything. I would not have an animated body living out its fate and experiences.

I gaze into the depth of the Earth and see the glowing spirit of the Earth. Its blazing spirit allows the Earth to be and to live. Without the blazing spirit, the Earth would be a cold place and without life.

I gaze into the depth of my body. I see its fate.

I see my body like a spinning top twirling on its path through life. I see every experience, every physical, emotional and spiritual experience like a path that will end. Because all experiences in a body are limited. I see my spirit that animates my body and will leave it again.

I see the Earth. It revolves around the sun like a spinning top that not only revolves around itself but also around another center. I merge with the Earth’s body. Together we revolve around the sun on the path of our life inside our bodies.

We are spirit and body. We are life and death in one. Our body has its fate - like our soul and our spirit.

We are limited and limitless.
