If you’re constantly creating light, then darkness does not have a chance.

We are so aware that many of the events we’re currently experiencing are some of the most challenging and horrific things that shock us to our core.
We are witnessing first hand the battle between dark and light. The battle taking place on Earth is a result of the Shift in consciousness. As greater amounts of light flood our planet, the darkness is being exposed, making it more readily seen. What do we do when we see a war happen? How do we help those who are going through such great sorrow? How can we help others when we feel our own ability for compassion has been disabled? That’s what we’d like to talk about in this brief message, so that you know compassionate action is needed now more than ever. In short, the way we do this is by "tempering our empathy." The darkness wants us to be in fear and remain in that lower state of being. (This is how it survives.) And so, we’re asked to walk in compassionate action; where you can feel, sense, or visualize the painful events that are occurring and those who are experiencing them, and create a new vision of them in a state of joy and inner peace. See them laughing; see the God that lives within them. As you do so, you actively send out ripples of love, thereby neutralizing and transmuting the darkness. Now, if you are one who is reading this and are going through trauma and suffering, know that you are not alone and that all around the world people are sending you love and benevolence. There is so much compassion for all of you, who came to Earth knowing that you would be here in a time where humanity was evolving in consciousness. You are so dearly loved by Spirit. In times like these, it’s more important than ever that we all remain aware of the God inside. By keeping our focus on better days ahead and the peaceful future that awaits us, we are actively creating it. For all beings. Know that you are here on purpose. KRYON - The Year of 2023 – Recovery Kryon gives a series of four channels that all revolve around the energies of the year 2023. The previous year of 2022 had the master number of 22 and in Tibetan numerology represents Cosmic Law and Duality. It was the year of Revelation. The revelation was ugly, and included a war. However, the year of 2023 is the Year of Recovery. You recover to a normal that you create. Perhaps it’s a new normal. It means you come out of something and recover to a new way. How can we be in recovery when there is still a war? This is the year you recover from things that are going to happen. Perhaps a complete turn-around will happen and you recover from these things. This particular name is grand, indeed, for the meaning of it is "I am that I am". This phrase many of you have heard before. It is sacred in many spiritual systems, and the story is that this is who God said he was when Moses asked, "Who is there?" What can it really mean? It seems to be a puzzle. Actually, it’s not. Only in languages other than Hebrew does it hold a funny syntax. The true meaning is, "I shall be what I shall be". This is a statement that still holds a wonder about interpretation. So think of it this way, "I AM" meaning this is my name; "I SHALL BE" meaning that I exist forever. Then you have the full sentence, actually, "I am God, and shall be forever!" This is, indeed, the energy of the Higher-Self, that of the creator, for it’s the God part of each and every Human Being. There will be those who are compassionate and those who are not, and it’s going to be obvious, so obvious! Caring and uncaring. There is a dark army right now on this planet. What is its "compassion factor?" Do you understand? It’s a free choice of mind, but that’s the split to come. Don’t worry about this, compassionate one. When you take the attributes of the master, light surrounds you—no more fortressing or protecting yourself from the darkness. It will retreat from you automatically. According to the statistics, more than 85 percent of humanity has some kind of belief system, and almost all of them believe in the afterlife.
Only a small percentage believe in the forelife! Do you see the bias here? Somehow when you are born, your soul also appears as though it didn’t exist before, came from nowhere, and never had a prior existence. This just yells “spiritual illogic to me,” yet it’s the bias that is prevalent in most major spiritual systems on the planet. Your spirituality is evolving. Why would you spend hours looking into each other’s eyes or chanting mantras when every bit of energy you create can now be done in the blink of an eye? Perhaps you should erase what you've been told about how much God loves you, or even what you think you know about how much God loves you, because it's not completely true. God loves you more than what you’ve been told or what you think… That's the truth. Hard to understand the kind of love that comes your way.
What if I told you that which you call love, has a completely different name, or perhaps a completely different perception from us to you? What if I told you that, there are attributes of love within your DNA? What if I told you that part of the double helix itself vibrates a certain way with love? Now, that's a little different than you were told. For Humans, love is an emotion. It's a great emotion, and it's an emotion that comes and it goes. And what I mean by that, you receive it and you give it. It comes in, and you are also able to send it out. This is an interesting concept, because not all emotions are that way. In the case of love, you can transmit it way beyond the room you're in. In so many of the other emotions you feel, you can transmit them to the bubble around you, but not much more. There's something about love. What do you know about love and compassion, that you've been told esoterically? Now, for many years, perhaps even by the guests on this show [Healing Wednesday] you have been told about the field. Love lives in the field, and it can be transmitted a long distance around the world, where you can love somebody dearly, and imagine that they're receiving it, and they will. That is esoterics at its best. It also tells you that this thing you call love is multidimensional. It’s more than an emotion, dear ones, love can trigger a cascading effect of health and balance.
